Yesterday morning I discovered that my friend Ismael had passed away. He was only 45 years old. Ismael Roldan Torres was one of the best caricaturists in the world. Not only was he an amazing artist but also an amazing person with a warm heart. I met Ismael at the NCN convention in Ralleigh last year, where he was special guest speaker of the year and from the first moment we met he appeared to me as a very friendly person. During the week we talked a lot, laughed a lot and had so much fun. I was hoping to meet him soon again… Farewell Ismael, my thoughts are with you and your family.
