Both Images are painted on the same canvas. The first shown is actually painted on top of the second. In the first one I painted an MS tag, which you can scan with your smartphone with the ms-tag reader application. This links to a page on which you get to see the image of the self-portrait underneath (which you can here see as the second image)
(I didn’t have the time to make the page were the tag links to yet, but you get the idea.)

Here are some close ups from some paintings I’m currently working on.

Here’s my newest self-portrait/caricature. I intended to put in more exaggeration, but it turned out more or less a slight exaggerated portrait. I’ll try to put in more exaggeration into the next take on myself.

And yes, my cat actually likes sitting in my neck, she doesn’t mind me walking around, going up and down the stairs and even stays there when I’m brushing my teeth. She sometimes sits in my neck for more than an hour.
